yummy yummy- but not sure if safe?

mmmi just tried a bit of the vegetrian pate i brought from health store on some crispbread- its so lush! i just wanted to run by ingrediants to see if it had any triggers- yeast, water, palm oil, sunflower oil, potatoe starch, chives, parsley, leek, tomatoe puree , see salt, yeast extract.
seems ok to me?
its 18g of fat per 100g- but thats like half of this massive tube, so no way I'd use that much- I'd say like a 10g serving or somethin- and thats 1.8g fat!!!

Sounds safe, as long as you stick with a very measured serving... 18g IS pretty high, but even a third of that could still be doable, depending on how you tolerate fats.

Now you have me wanting to experiment making my own, without the oil in it. Hmm...
