Sometimes I think I am triggered from eating too little... Like tonight for instance... I felt pretty good all day long, had a great breakfast and lunch. Came home and relaxed for awhile... took a mini nap... didn't eat anything since around 2 or 3, and then at 8 I had a waffle with some strawberry jam. I instantly had D... Then I had some oatmeal and I feel kinda like I have to D again... I'm also feeling hungry. So I'm not sure if it was not eating for awhile, then eating something kinda not safe, then not eating enough? Sometimes I really think not eating enough can be a trigger....

yeah it definitley can for me, if I don't eat anything at the night time I get dodgy tummy in the morning and also I get hunger pains if I don't eat for a while. I know a few people on here who get this. GREAT excuse to snack heheehee

Yes, if I get really hungry & then eat, I know I will get stomach distress. I try to eat something(pretzels) if I know I won't have a meal for a while.

Definitely yes. I recently had some tooth problems, and went a few days without eating much of anything solid... my guts went HAYWIRE. (Thankfully, they went back to normal when I started eating again!)
Optimally, you should be eating something, even just a little something, every couple hours.
