I've been on heathers diet for about 3-4 months now, and have lost a lot of weight. Just wondering if this is normal for most people on the hub.

Some of it depends on how you were eating before making the dietary changes. If you ate a high-calorie, high-fat diet, then yes, going on the IBS diet - which is low-fat and healthy - is going to likely result in some weight loss. You could also simply not be eating enough.
Personally, I gained weight. All that banana bread and peppermint fudge cake, haha.

I have lost a considerable amount of weight. A combination of being so sick for the first 3 months and having no idea what was going on with my body led to the most drastic part of my weight loss..changing my eating habits, and excercising has the weight continuing to come off. I wasn't neccesarily the healthiest eater to begin with(I wasnt bad) but now I have way more energy on top of feeling better

I was eating following a low carb weightloss diet. I gained weight starting Heather's diet. It seems to have leveled off, but I have regained all but 3lbs of what I lost on the low carb diet (which means I'm back over 200lbs).
