Just wanted to start a post about this, a few posts have had people asking "where can I find that in Canada?".

So if you have found some good food products or other things please post and try to specify either the website or store you found them at.

So far I have found:
GasStop (RenewLife) - Natural Food Pantry, Rainbow Foods, www.regenesis.ca
Amy's soups - Natural Food Pantry, Rainbow Foods
Prodiem tablets (equivalent to Fibercon) at Pharma Plus and Shopper's Drug Mart
Baked lays- Loblaws
Soy yogurts - YoSo blueberry/strawberry/vanilla are very good, at most health food stores; So Nice vanilla is ok too, also at most health food stores. These are the only two soy yogurts I've found.

I'm looking for:
Baked tostitos "Scoops"
Amy's dinners

PS: Most cities in Canada do not have a Whole Foods market or Trader Joes

I found baked tostitos scoops at Wal-Mart and Amy's soups and dinners at Dominion supermarkets (Atlantic Canada, other names in other provinces for the same company I believe).

Yoso actually has a list of stores on their website for Canada:
Yoso Products

I found it at Rainbow Foods and the big Loblaws that have the health food section.

I live in Vancouver and have found all of amy's products at a downtown health food store on commercial drive. They have the pizza's, and microwaveable foods as well as the soups. I have found the Lay's baked scoops at the Safeway near where I live.
It's difficult to find these things in easy to get to places

I finally found both products at my health food store (after they restocked) and am pleased with both. The GasStop has 3 times more of the alpha galactosidase enzyme than Beano, so I only take 1 with meals.

Amy's soups are so good! I got the alphabet soup and the barley & veggies, both delicious. I'll be buying them regularly from now on (yes I'm too lazy to make my own soup haha).

Aren't they great?? I ALWAYS make sure I have several cans of Amy's soup in the pantry. They're great for quick lunches, or nights when I'm just too tired to cook.

My faves so far are Tuscan Bean and Rice, Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable, Lentil Vegetable. I had the Vegetable Barley for lunch yesterday!

What do you think of the GasStop? Better than Beano? Was there a cost savings for you?

Definetly saving money with the GasStop. GasStop costs $20 for 60 capsules. Beano costs $16 for 60 tablets. I take 3 times as many Beanos. It's also nice to just need 1 (max 2 if it's a big meal I guess) capsules. Sometimes I get so tired of taking pills!

I haven't seen all those soups, my HFS only has about 4 kinds that don't have milk, but I plan on trying all of them that are safe. So yummy.

Amy's also has dairy-free frozen dinners which are REALLY good, and their burgers are awesome (I could live on Texas burgers!). However, a lot of the frozen dinners seem to have ~30% calories from fat, which is a little high for me. I'm afraid to try! Does your HFS carry the frozen stuff?
