I do pretty often but I also have gastritis which causes not hearburn type pain but nausea instead. I don't take nexium anymore b/c I wasn't sure if it was giving me d, plus it's not so bad since I quite coffee. It stinks having nausea out of nowhere...no pattern...eat too much, eat too little! ugh...sorry I can't be of much help except to say you're not alone.

I have nausea as well, usually for about 2-3 days after my period. It is a tightness and general yucky feeling, but doesn't really feel like I will throw up. I have had an ulcer in the past and am having an upper endoscopy on Friday to check again since this is a fairly new symptom for me over the last 6-8 months or so. Ginger works sometimes as does Pepcid. I think the Pepcid causes D with me so I don't take it unless I am pretty miserable. Also, not eating makes it worse so if you can make yourself at least eat some crackers it might help.

Good luck,
Christy

I used to have it most every afternoon before I started the EFI diet (I got so sick of being asked if I was pregnant). I am rarely nauseous these days, usually only if there's something that is setting my tummy off (eating something wrong, stress, period, etc.).

I do, not all the time but more frequently than the average person. It is also really bad when my GERD is bad.

That was one of my worst symptoms before I started the diet. I would have D attacks 3-5 times a day and was nauseated CONSTANTLY. That's what got me motivated to start and STICK WITH the EFI diet. No more nausea now, unless I've eaten a trigger, which I practically NEVER do, or get stressed/anxious enough to be a trigger. I'm a total emetaphobe and it freaks me out to feel nauseated, so I'm pretty good about not cheating and trying to keep my anxiety in check.
