I recently switched probiotics from a soy yogurt BIO-K+ to a capsule. So now I'm not getting a soy yogurt in the mornings with my oatmeal, and I feel like I'm missing it. (Yes I actually liked the taste of BIO-K+ LOL)
Just wondering what brand/flavour of soy yogurt people have found best? I really don't like the after taste of soy so I'm looking for something that has enough fruity flavour I guess.

The Whole Soy is my favorite brand, and cherry is the yummiest flavor, IMO. I also like the strawberry banana and the peach a lot.

Have you noticed a difference in switching from the yogurt to the pill? I'm still using the yogurt; I might actually try for the recommended three months and see how it goes.

Well, I switched after getting mono, so I'm not sure exactly. The painkillers I was on were really upsetting my stomach, but it's back to normal again. I'm taking 3 capsules per day and hopefully it's working.
I was taking Bio-k for a good four months and it really helped. If I go through a rough patch I may go back to having them again. I'd do 1/2 bottle though, it was so expensive. The capsules I got are SISU, and it cost me 25$ for 2 months supply. Much better than the 85$ per month I was spending.

Keep me posted on the probiotic pills!! Is SISU a brand name? I'm going to be looking to switch from the Bio-K yogurt before too long. I know it works, but it's SO expensive!

so good is pretty good too, I always buy a large plain one and then some small flavored ones mango is good. I'd also reccomend trying out some local kinds if you can find them...I was able to find a great local company that makes soy yogurt

I like Silk. Sometimes I get Silk Live. But I also like to mix stuff into it and eat it with a banana. Yum.

I forgot to mention that if you are in the Vancouver area, you might be able to get a brand called Nancy's that is made in Oregon. It's the best soy yogurt I've ever had, but it's not available on the east coast.

I'm in Ottawa so the selection isn't great. We don't have Whole Soy unfortunately so I guess I'll try something else. Thanks,

I'm in Thunder Bay and the only kind of soy yoghurt here is So Nice. The strawberry is pretty good, I usually mix in some cereal or granola with mine after a workout. Or I dunk graham cracker sticks in it. I'm dying to try Silk etc, but it's a 3.5 hour drive to the nearest grocery store which carries it.
Good luck!
