I use Kraft's Catalina or French dressing. Also use Renee's Sweet onion dressing , very good! Sue

Susan, Thanks for the information re: salad dressings. The Renee's Sweet onion dressing sounds good. Is that in a special store, or can I get it at Big Y or Stop & Shop?

I agree re: Renee's salad dressings--they're awesome when you don't feel like whipping up your own. Most are dairy-free--just read labels well. I love they're new line of
dressings with organic ingredients & omega 3, especially the "Tuscan Italian" and "Balsalmic Fig." There is one with Pomegranate juice in it that rocks, as well. I used to be hooked on the "Raspberry Vinaigrette."

Most of the salad dressings are very safe in terms of fat grams, i.e. they're low fat.

Kate, IBS-D.

Lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. You need to make sure you don't go overboard on the olive oil though.

Hey Starburst; I'm in Canada and I pick up the dressing at my local grocery store. Independent Grocers. It is in the refrigeration section of the produce section! Hope you can find it! Enjoy! Sue
