Can anyone recommend a good multi vitamin for a senior male (hubby)aged 66 with IBS D? Do you know if centrum silver is safe? Thank you!

Centrum was always one of the worst on my stomach. I'm not sure what to recommend, though, because I use prenatals...

Ditto on the Centrum being quite nasty on the digestive tract for me. I think they load the vitamin with whey/lactose fillers, which for me, causes D.

I literally tried every multivitamin under the sun - everything caused D. The only one that doesn't cause D for me is Vitamin World Prenatal vitamins (bottle says no lactose, no whey, no gluten, etc.) I've taken them for about 5-6 years. Not sure men would be willing to take them because of the "prenatal" label (that's just marketing). They are just basic non-gender multivitamins.
