hi guys, i am new to the site and i just cant believe the wealth of recipes!!! I'd always assumed i couldnt have cheesecake/brownies/pancakes/anything remotely tasty etc and im just so happy to find all these recipes! me and my boyfriend have got a week of next week so going to try all the recipes out on him!!! i'd also avoided veggies in the past fearing they'd upset my stom so its great to know i can be healthy too!
i just had a few questions if anyone can advise!
1if im using quiona do i need some soluble fibre to go with it?
2 how do i use acica fibre? mines on route to the uk!!!
3. i bought an apple and cinamon pancake mix (gluten dairy free etc) here is the ingredients- Maize Starch, Maize Flour, Fructose, Monocalcium Phosphate, Dried Apple, Bicarbonate of Soda, Cinnamon, Soya Flour, Guar Gum.
is it safe? do i need some sf with it???
cheers guys! just had some almond and hazel rice milk heated up, was yum, never thought of making hot drinks with rice milk before saw it on the boards! cant believe i can use cocoa to make hot choc 2!!!

I'm not sure about the pancake mix you have but Heather has a simple pancake/waffle mix recipe that is perfectly safe and you can easily add fruit/spices to it to add flavor. I like to add strawberries to it. Very good.
