turkey meat

Has anyone ever tried eating turkey meat. Like the sauages or the turkey burger. I would love to try it but I don't want my stomach to act up on me. I am kinda of tired of eating Seafood,and chicken.

i use ground turkey all the time, I make tacos, turkey meatloaf, and sub it for ground beef in all my fav recipes.
I would be careful of the ingredients if you are buying store made burgers or sausages though.

I have no problems with ground turkey. Haven't tried turkey sausage yet, though.

Make sure it's ground turkey breast. Otherwise they throw other parts in there too!

I was going to say Turkey meat is fine as long as the calories from fat % is not more 1/3.
Don't get the 7% kind, get the breast, kosher, or whole foods version.
