Zelnorm anyone?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience to share taking zelnorm. I'm a C and have been prescribed it but don't really want to resort to the drugs. I've been on heather's diet, but beyond the bTC I haven't had much luck. A lot of bloating, gas and c building up as the day goes on, by the afternoon its unbearable! Should I try the Z or wait until I find the right way for myself in the diet?

Hey! Do the Zelnorm..I have been on it for a few years, and it did help..do it and see how you feel, but give it a few weeks to really work with your system..I am the same, a c, and it helped.

Do you still take Zelnorm? It really lasted over 2 years for you without losing effectiveness?
Do you take anything else with it...like a SFS?
