I took the peppermint caps about an hour after a meal because I was getting crampy. I took it with very little water (just enough to swallow). I was driving home from visiting family and I started to get a headache, and get lightheaded. I pulled over and let my husband continue driving. I also had reflux from the peppermint caps but the peppermint burps were not so bad I know that it says to take on an empty stomach, so I'm going to try this next time.
