Does anyone do dry skin brushing? Do you think the release of toxins and lymphatic stuff might help IBS? skin brushing info brushing kit I am thinking about trying this but it is hard since it should be done before your morning shower but not when sweaty and I always exercise before my morning shower.
I am still working out whether the T Tapping techniques (inlcuding this skin brushing) would be beneficial to IBS alone - separate from weight loss etc. ibs and T Tapp
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I tried this for a week or so. I was hard to work it into my routine.
I think it does work. I've read up on it outside of T-tapp.
Even if it doesn't work for the IBS, it'll still be good for you.

What do you mean it works? What improvements does it lead to? (sorry might be a stupid question... but you tried it so you probably know the answer)
