Hi,
I wondered if anyone could tell me what methods they have found most useful for discovering what food intolerances they have. I have tried the YORK Test (blood pinprick) and more useful a kinesiologist but I wanted to find out what methods others found most accurate. I hope I have posted this on the correct board.

For me it was trial and error. I kept a journal of every single morsel I ate and kept track of reactions. Eventually I was able to narrow things down.

Good luck,
Leigh

The people here who follow Heather's diet first do the break the cycle diet, then they slowly add foods back in. After trying a certain food two or three times and it bothers them, it is a food that is intollerable to that person.
