FL In Heather's book "Eating for IBS" brown rice is said to be safe. There's a recipe for it on page 127. Now the catch is there are some people on this board that say it bothers them. It's one of those try it and see things. I can eat it but I do get a little gassy from it, more so than with white rice. Nothing bad and I drink fennel tea regularly so that takes care of my gas.
