My wife got something called 'Egg-like' from Coles the other day to use in our cooking. It's cholesterol free, lactose-free and sugar free with very low levels of fat, protein, sodium, potassium,and made from: Potato starch, Tapioco Starch, Vegetable gum (461) Mineral Salt(170,329), Food Acid (330)
It seems to work really well and, in my case, is IBS friendly.
