Hi every time I take a multivitamin I feel nauseated.So my question is can I take flinstones vitamins as a replacement?Or is there something else I should do?Are the flinstone vitamins safe? Thanks in advance.

I take prenatal vitamins every night right before bed to avoid the nausea of regular multi-vitamins. There is a brand of multi-vitamin that has been discussed here before (New Chapter, I think). Here's a recent thread, and you can do a quick search for vitamins to find more. You'll also find a few threads if you search for flintstone. Looks like they have worked well for some people, too.

There's this multivitamin called Catalyn by Standard Process that is made entirely from whole foods. I take this everyday. I don't get nauseated from vitamins usually (except if I take big doses of it), but this vitamin is very high-quality.
