Thanks everyone for the good advice. Some things I cannot believe I did not think of. I stopped at the drugstore and got a couple of bottles of Tylenol for my purse, car, and work. I also picked up my prescription of Benty but have not used it as I took the pamine and do not like to cross medications.
I must admit that I know I need to add more fiber but got scared when my stomach started hurting. I will try to add some very well cooked green beans, broccoli and cauliflower to my mix. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for all the support

Cejay - For the pain my Dr gave me a low dosage of amitriptyline. I tried it for 2 months, but it did not help me. As far as the constipation - I took a full dosage of Miralax for 2 months, then very slowly, reduced the dosage over a three month period until I was off of it completely on a nightly basis. I only take it occasionally now when I need it, and not a full dosage. I eat lots of IF buffering it with SF, and drink a smoothie every night with lots of fruit in it. As I said before, the pain is back full force for the past 2 weeks. This I believe is all stress!
The Hypno tapes do work, but as Marilyn said, sometimes it takes listening to them several times. Please see her replies to other post in the Hypnosis forum. She explains this very throughly.
Hang in there - There will be light at the end of the tunnel. Where in Georgia do you live? Norcross is a suburb of Atlanta.
I haven't posted any questions because others seem to ask the questions that I have before I think of them. Because of this people on the boards do not know me, but I want everyone to know that because of your questions & replies I have the strength to go on everyday. For this I am grateful.
I am here for anyone who needs my support.
Cejay, my prayers are with you, and my heart aches for your pain (mental). COPD is heart wrenching. If I can help, I will.

Brother in law has Colitis. His doctor told him never to take any IB because it iritates the intestines. I'm sure it's a big trigger for many. Think it also effects the liver and Tylonol effects the kidneys(?). So watch how much you take of ether.

Any one know if asprin would trigger an attack? Hasn't with me. Probbly stil the best thing out there if you can tolerate it.

For the past month I've been really bad. Felt like food poisoning. Cold shakes, hot flashes, food passing strait through, constintly hungry, tons of gas. Got through most of the nights with a cup of ginger tea and a shreded wheat bisket by the bed. Finally feeling better.

Was switching employers, sister is having complications in pregnancy, big blow up and my dad not talking to his family any more(didn't like them anyway), was not eating right, and forgot to take may SF most of the time, it's just been a roten last half of the year.

I just tell myself, I've been through this before and I know it will take some time to feel beter, then I go back to basics. I have to tell myself, I know what it is and its not something new, or I my mind wanders to new horible and exotic alements and it gets bad.
