new chapter only one vitamin's contains dairy?

hi,
i was looking on the box and it says contains dairy, and ws a wondering if there are any ibs-c's taking this and did it make you more C?
is this safe..just making sure before i take them.

they are now removing that part of thre vitamins and fermenting in soy only now, regardless, both are in such miniscue amounts that unless one is allergic to milk it doesn't seem to bother anyone, i have been taking them for 2 years and i do great with them, and i had to try 30 different kinds that dodn't make me nauseous.
