I saw an ad which listed six subway sandwichs that have 6 grams of fat or less. Do you think they are safe, I would have thought so given the low fat content, but some have red meat. It is a tricky question, low fat but red meat, safe?
Turkey Breast 4.5 grams fat Roasted Chicken Breast 5 grams fat Sweet Onion Teryaki Chicken 5 grams fat Veggie Delight 3 grams fat Ham 5 grams fat Roast Beef 5 grams fat Subway Club 6 grams fat

I'd skip the red meat ones. The fat content is low, but red meat is still harder to digest, not a good thing when you have IBS.
That Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken one is goooood.

I eat Subway sandwiches when I am out, it's such a safe meal.
I usually have either grilled chicken or turkey with some tomatoes, and sometimes cucumbers(if I feel well enough) on an italian bun. No mayo, no cheese, and it usually works. It's that nothing is deep fried, so everything is low fat

Their honey mustard dressing is fat-free and is quite good with the turkey.

I like the honey mustard dressing with the warm chicken pieces. Good meal on the go.
