Perhaps you put too much avocado on your tuna sandwich? While avocados are safe from a fiber standpoint, they do have a high fat content. I have no problems with a little avocado, but too much and I get D. I love them on sandwiches, though, and it's way too easy to get carried away.

i eat almost nothing but SF. in fact plate of rice with every meal; and only for breakfast. now that i don't have pretzels in between, which used to be mid-morning snack, i eat more rice. maybe add a banana. whenever i am unstable i don't like to try any other SF foods cuz i have not found anything that i am confident works. and i feel the most important thing is that i stabilize before i try any noodles or potatoes. and crackers?! they have worked for awhile then...i use the spots technique and all of them have spots i swear. i don't want to go back to anything that stopped working thats for sure.
