I know turkey tends to be a gassy food, but is it safe to eat turkey breast...i know everyone reacts differently but I figured I'd ask since I'm preparing turkey day for me and my fiance. I'm trying to make it really safe and I'm not goign through the recipes to find good things make!

All white meat poultry without skin is fine. I know you'll cook your turkey with the skin - just don't eat the skin.

I started a thread about what's cooking for US Thanksgiving on the Recipe Board. Please join in: web page
