I'm not technically constipated, so maybe I'm not a good test case, but I sure was hoping for something wonderful! It's supposed to start working within 24 hours, but I haven't noticed any change in my BM habits. I'm very regular, just incomplete... and I'm definitely not seeing any change there. Bummer. I'm tired of the headache, so I'll give it one more day and then I'm done.
