Okay, I thought this was vegetarian....but now I fear it contains dairy products. Does anyone here take Jarrow?

I take the Ultra Primal Defense (the only one I have tried) and they are super easy to swallow. I haven't had any repeat on me. You won't notice a big difference in your health for at least a couple of weeks, so stick it out...it's like any new vitamins and/or supplements. Have you been feeling better since taking the digestive enzymes? I am completely regular now thanks to both probiotic and enzymes as well as following Heather's diet. There is no quick fix, but I am sure you will see a marked improvement soon.

what symptom is it when you like feel a tight spot in one certain area? is it bloating in an area or is it a spasm? Is it a clump of crap? Its like a tightness but also heavy. I was asking to see if the ultra would be good for me if i experience this symptom.

sounds great that the bad bacteria will be killed off. How loud are the noises when stuff is being killed off? I can't have horendously loud noises going on when i'm in school, or anywhere..i already get some real loud embarassing ones..

why do people with Ibs have such loud noises that go on...its very embarassing sometimes. Is there anything to make the noises stop?
