On the package of the tummy acacia fiber powder it is said to be kept in a cold and dry place. Does that mean that I should have it in the fridge? When it is said that something should be in a cold place I always use to put it in the fridge, but it seems strange to to this with a powder like this, I do not use to put flours in the fridge.

I think it means not to leave it in the sun.

I keep it in a kitchen cupboard and haven't had any problems with it.

I would think the fridge would cause moisture and you don't want that. I store mine in the canister that it came in (order refill bags).....and put it in the cabinet with other food (not above the stove due to heat).

The cannister actually says to store in a cool dry place, not cold. It just means to keep it out of hot places like near the stove/oven, toaster, etc.
