Gluten proplem

I cant eat gluten or sugar but in heathers book it says when you feel bad you should eat bagels or saltines. Is there some thing that is wheat free sugar free that is good to have when you feel sick that wouldn't make you nauses. Beacuse some times i cant eat beacuse i feel so bad but it is important to eat. I appreciate any help imput and ideas!

get all the same stuff but gluten free, there are gluten free rice breads, crackers, rice cakes etc, look in grocers freezers and HFS for the breads and bagels and regular cracker isles for rice crackers etc. Cream of rice or buckwheat is good too.

Cream of rice is so good this time of year, good suggestion, Miso!
I would suggest going to Trader Joe's or WHole Food Market. They probably have a better selection of rice crackers, etc than the local large supermarket.
Good luck, we have all been there with not being able to eat anything. But you are right; you have to eat something or the whole thing will only get worse.
