Thank you!

I don't chew too much either. Thanks a lot for the web page too.

The "Multi Enzyme Formula" does NOT need refridgeration...I asked the guy at GNC...I take mine with me--I haven't had any problems!

They are like acidophilus...no horse pills and easy to swallow! (I can't stand those gigantic yellow vitamin equine pills either!)

I take 1.5 teaspoon with my oatmeal, and then try to get in another 1.5 teaspoon in lunch or dinner. I prefer mixing it in with hot food. I have never really grown accustomed to the little blobs in my chocolate soy milk...the hot option works better for me. How much have you been using?

perhaps the enzymes will work for you as well. it took me 20 years of unbearable pain to find them. I hope it doesn't take you very long at all to find your answer, whatever it may be. following heather's advice may be what's best or perhaps it's one of the many courses of treatment people here have found that works best for them. good luck!

I take 2 after meal, but after reading Lumiere's posts, maybe I should reverse that.

What's SFS? Soluble Fiber Supplement? If so, no, but I am still taking the meds my doctor prescribed (Zelnorm and Lepvid). I may give them up since they didn't seem to work very well.

SFS=Soluble Fiber Supplement...such as Acacia, citrucel, benefiber....you get the picture!

How long have you been on Zelnorm? It stopped working for me after about 2 weeks.
