Hi line415, I am sorry your body was having a hard time adjusting...I understand about the IBS stress being exacerbated with more BMs. I would still take 2 enzymes if you were having a heavier meal, or when you are out at a restaurant. I did find with the enzymes that my BMs were no where near D, they were back to normal--like my body had been able to digest the nutrients and the food just wasn't escaping my system (with lots of D) without the enzymes. I needed the probiotic, and will continue with it, as I have been on the pill on & off for 15 years,(my intestinal tract needs the probiotic.) The acacia is a prebiotic, so it works synergistically. I can be regular every a.m. with all 3...You may find bloating, gas etc subsides the times you take the enzymes. Your body may not need them every meal time, and if you feel a little off (IBS bugging you) I would go ahead and take them. Yes, those are the ones I take. You may need to introduce less things to your body. I started with the PD, and 6 weeks later added the enzymes. Prior to that I had been taking acacia for 2 months, and as we IBSers know....stabilization takes a while! Good Luck...

I'll post if this is helping or not. I've never been a C in my life so it's very confusing for me. From reading all the C's posts I know it takes awhile for the Acacia to start to help. I'm trying to be patient.

Let me know if increasing helps the C, okay? I was afraid increasing the fiber was clogging me up more...if that makes sense. Isn't that a possibility? I am drinking enough though.

Just wanted to let you know that increasing the acacia stopped my C...more than I like. I'm decreasing it to 1T + 1/2 t (2x a day) to see if I stop running to the bathroom. I don't have D just quite a few movements the last 2 days.
