I read that kettle baked potato chips are okay. Are potato chips that say "kettle cooked" okay as well?

No they are still fried. They just use a different method. Only baked chips are ok. Just check fat amounts and you will know.

Look for the Lightly Salted Kettle Baked chips that are only 3 g of fat.
