I have really tried everything and I'm so constipated still and have a few?'s especially from c people. At the moment I can't go plus bloating cramping so on. Do you find certain vegs and fruits make you worse? What foods you find help with c the most? Other food that make it worse like for me beans are for sure. Any sample full days of eating. I know both c and d have common bonds and struggles mentally but food choices I think are just so different. Thanks.

when i used to get really constipated i would take 2 tbsp of ground flax in the morning ang evening and in a day or so i would go, it may give you d, but hey it gets it out of you. have you tried the natural calm? food wise, hmmm squishy things often help and things with high water content like cucumber or squashes.

An afterthought, looking at your post again, I wanted to say that not only did eating the way I just posted help the c., I was able to measure the bloat factor (or I was obsessed with measuring the bloat factor) ;-) . When I started eating this way, I was bloating so much that my waist expanded two inches after breakfast, 20 minutes after the first measurement of the day, when my waist was generally at its lowest. Now my waist is an inch smaller--I've lost 4 pounds in six weeks--and maybe a half-inch larger at the end of the day.

And my tummy doesn't hurt, for the first time in my life!

Oatmeal is supposedly safe, but oats give me bad gas and bloating. So does broccoli. I prefer veggies like tomatoes, squash, spinach (frozen), and lima beans. I also cannot handle beans well, but I find that pureeing them, like in Heather's smoky black bean dip, is perfectly safe. Try making a smoothie with a banana and either berries or peaches.

Miso's right about the Natural Calm - it's like magic!!
