Most bread only has flour, water, salt and yeast perhaps with a small amount of oil.

so make sure you read the ingredients label. You should get in the habit of reading the nutrition and ingredients label on all foods to make sure you're avoiding triggers.

Read ingredient labels before you buy. Eggs are a completely unnecessary ingredient in basic white, sourdough, French, and Italian breads, and a lot of those probably won't contain it.

I got online to check Subway, Quizsno, and Panera Breads to see if they were dairy free. Most of them are dairy and egg free.
