I might not have to be as strict with my diet as you so take this with a grain of salt... but pretzels and Sierra Mist/Sprite always help my nausea. Popsicles if I'm really bad, too. Also, baths/showers and listening to soothing music.

ginger. candied, capsules, tea all kinds of ginger.
you can also get nux vomica at the HFS, its a homeopathic that helps quite a bit. making sure your tummy is never empty is key as well, eat small amounts even when you feel sick or you will just feel worse. i find rice cakes work great for this as saltines have all sots of junk in them, also dry toast and bananas are good.

I have something called "Pregger Pops" they are natural (ginger and other stuff) little suckers. I just suck on them when I am nasuated and they work. Pretty expensive though.

I'm nauseas so often and the most helpful thing for me is soup like chicken noodle, salty crackers, bread. I have low blood pressure in general but still wonder if all the salt is bad but the nausea is horrible.

I used to take 1/2 of a Gravol, but now I try and breath through, like lamaze breathing.I go outside to breath in the fresh air. Sometimes I eat saltines or Lays plain chips.Usually the fresh air works better. Sue

Ah yes. My main core issue...

I used to eat gads of Altoids to get that "cooling" sensation on my stomach. That helped a lot.

Now, due to the high sugar content of Altoids and my propensity for eating a tin at a time, I've switched back to peppermind gum (Ice Breakers or Extra, etc.). I know it has Sorbitol in it, which can be a problem for some folks, but I don't seem to have issues.

And if the nausea is caused by excess stomach acid, saliva is a natural acid reducer. So chewing gum promotes saliva, which in turn can help the nausea.

Hope this helps ya... I know how wretched you can feel. I'm so sorry.
