So happy for you! I think sugar is pretty easy digest. I am not sure about skittles, though... I thought they had a fair amount of oil in them? But, I am glad you are doing well!

I sometimes eat veggie bears, hot tamales, red hots, and mike and ikes very easy to tolerate. Yummm, candy! Dairy free chocolates are also easy on my tummy and GI tract.

What in the world are veggie bears? They don't even sound good! LOL

I thought that was funny since you're listing all these 'treats', and veggie bears pops up!

they are ONLY one of the best candies ever! <wink, grins>. they are sold in the bulk candy section at Whole Foods... they are all natural... made with fruit juices and sprikled with granulated sugar. they look like gummy bears, but the consistency of the veggie bears is MUCH better. when i get sick, i live on these! )

I like Skittles too - they seem to be okay, tho I have to be careful not to eat TOO many as I so rarely get candy, I feel sick!

Well, I will have to check them out the next time I go to Whole Foods. I trust your advice after your No-Pudge review! LOL
