I found this website with a very good list of foods which tell you how much SF and IF each food has: www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php
Just click on the food and then go to Nutritional Profile.

Went to the website...not sure though how to tell if the fiber they list under the nutritional info. section is SF or IF...did I miss something?

All I saw on this Website was "Fiber", too, with no breakdown of SF and IF. This lack of breakdown is pretty much the rule and even beyond that there's no way to know if the "Fiber" number you see on a label is SF, IF, or a combination - or even if it's accurate. For example, the numbers I've seen for bananas are all over the place.
You might want to take a look at this old post - which refers back to an even older thread - for some information on why - alas - fiber information on labels isn't worth a lot.

You can also click on nutritional value, then click on detailed nutritional value to get the break down of soluble and insoluble.

If after you click on the food item you want, you click on "Nutritional Profile", then you click on the "Word" of the food item under "In-Depth Nutritional Profile", then you will see a chart like this one:(example) www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrientprofile&dbid=100
Sorry for the confusion, hope this is a better explanation. Let me know please.
