Help-Looking for diet everyone is talking about

I am looking for Heathers diet that everyone says they are following to keep their IBS under control. I have the Eating for IBS bbok, but don't see it in there? Am I looking in the right place?

In Heather's book "Eating For IBS", the second section is called "A New Way To Live". This section - from page 7 to page 17 in my copy - describes the diet that everyone on this Message Board is talking about. The diet is called "Heather's Diet" or "the Eating for Irritable Bowel Syndrome diet" or "the Eating For IBS Diet" or "the EFI Diet" - they're all the same thing.
The entire book "Eating For IBS" is about this diet, explaining why it works for IBS and how to follow it and giving recipes that meet the diet's guidelines.
