liquid cam/mags are better and the type of mangesium makes a bug difference, oxide will gove you d big time in some people, citrate is better and you go slow, you take as much as it takes to get a bit of d, and then back down a tad lower, your body tells you when you have too much mag by the d.

just beano isn't enough a good enzyme blend will have the alpha-galactosides with all the others as well.

it is a great product, works really well for many people, i would give it a try. helps you normalize your bbowel movements, helps with cramping and some people find it helps them sleep too. Just go slow with it.

wow! that's even cheaper! but i would stay away from the flavored ones; i believe they have artificial sweeteners. last night i mixed my NC with plain hot water, and it tasted like tea! has a sort of sweet taste...

hope it works for you! remember to start small. but i have found i can increase my dosage fairly quickly, unlike with the acacia. i've had no problems increasing by 1/2 teaspoon from one night to the next.
