please post what you guys eat as bedtime snacks, as i tend to eat rice cakes and blueberries with a walnut or two, maybe half a packet of oatmeal, etc...need variety, but easy to digest 2 hours before bed variety.

banana's mashed mostly I like them better that way
soya yoghurts
rice krispies or cornflakes with soya milk
toast with jam or plain if I've got a sore tummy
pretzels or baked corn snacks -I eat munster munch but these do have 4.3g of fat per bag so be careful if your tummy is a bit dodgy
ummm I'll have a sandwich if I'm really hungry like chicken, turkey or tuna, or soup if I'm v.hungry but don't fancy a sandwich
a peeled apple
I think that's it really

I'm a sweet snacker - cookies, cake, quick bread, muffins, pudding, soy ice cream. There's oodles of safe recipes in the recipe index.

toast with Smart Balance Lite butter and Palmers no sugar added black cherry jelly (mmmm) or toast with Skippy smooth reduced fat peanut butter and honey
cream of rice cereal with soymilk and brown sugar (I could seriously live off of cream of rice!)
wheat free waffle (I handle this kind best) with lite syrup
Luna bar

I've had a steady supply of Chocolate Cake for One mix since I saw the recipe about a month ago! (I use the applesauce recipe) http://www.helpforibs.com/messageboards/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=recipe&Number=192594&page=&view=&sb=5&o= I just have that & I'm happy! Sunday I made the pineapple angel food cake and that's great too! http://www.helpforibs.com/messageboards/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=recipe&Number=5&page=49&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=
