If it's from a restaurant, like a dipping sauce, it probably has HFCS in it. So, if you're sensitive to it I'd stay away.

You can make your own very simply, though.

I was thinking at a restaurant. Just wanted to make sure no dairy or any other major triggger is in there. I don't think I'm that sensitive to HFCS.

I use French's brand on my sandwiches and I'm okay with it. It has mustard, glucose / fructose, spices, and honey (plus a few other ing.) but no HFCS. I love it. But I'm chicken to eat out anywhere so I am always eating at home!

I've seen some with dairy and some without so I usually steer clear unless I know the ingredients.

If HFC gives you a problem then any high fructose food which inclides honey, apples, pears, apple juice, pear juice or any kind of melon will be a problem. Honey is a very large amount of fructose.
