I agree, Silk Chocolate Soy milk is the BEST!! Also, if you can find it, try Tofutti Chocolate "Ice Cream". It's really good too!

Another one that I've had in the past if you cant get the waitrose one is Ritter sport plain chocolate, thats pretty good too and you can order ir off the internet, failing that you could order the waitrose one and have them deliver it or if very desperate make one trip there and buy a load to keep you going a while!!!

chocolate soy milk (someone mentioned Silk I think, which is great)

luna bars - most are made with cocoa powder and soy milk so it tastes like a chocolate covered granola bar but it's totally safe!

ADBs! (antidepressant brownies - search the recipe archive) - these are suuuuuch good brownies and totally safe. they definitely do the trick for that-time-of-the-month chocolate crises!

also on the recipe board Casey (atomic rose) has a recipe for chocolate cake for one (you make it in a coffee mug in the microwave) which is super easy and heavenly. it uses safe chocolate cake mixes and safe chocolate jello pudding if I remember correctly (which are both other options for chocolate fixes! )

also remember that all solid chocolate - even the dariy free kind - is a trigger. but cocoa powder is safe! and there's lots you can do with that.

HTH!

Green & Blacks has a chocolate drink powder that has no milk in it. Also, 100% cocoa powder has noting extra in it(mixes better in hot liquids. Makes good hot rice or soy chocolate.

Look for fair trade brands.

I bought some starbucks hot cocoa mix and it doesn't have any milk ingredients in it either. Just cocoa, sugar and vanillin. Mixed with vanilla soy milk it was wonderful!
