Hi, I'm a frequent reader for years, and I've been helped a great deal by all of you wonderful people!
I've been searching on the forums for a suggested daily regimen for all off the supplements out there that we all use, and I was curious if someone could direct me towards a link or a past thread that maybe I'm missing. I'm sorry if this is a repeat of the same question people have asked a hundred times, but I'm really struggling with my IBS-D right now.
I take Peppermint Caps, Prodiem, a Probiotic, Calcium, and Immodium when I need it, but I don't have a regular routine, I just sort of pop pills when I remember. When do you take yours? Before or after meals? Morning or night?
Thanks for your time,
Laura

The thing with the regimen of supplements is that it varies from person to person... you might not ever find 2 people who take them the same way. The more important thing than what anyone else does is to find what works for you and stick with it - even if it means taking things when you remember or as you need them.
Personally, the only thing I ever took with any regularity was my fiber supplement - which is really the most important one anyway.

Probiotic in morning before breakfast Fish oil, multi vit, fiber, digestive enzymes, maca and med (cipralex) with breakfast Digestive enzyme with snack Digestive enzyme with lunch and maca after lunch Probiotic 1?2 hour before snack Digestive enzyme with snack and fiber Digestive enzymes with dinner Probiotic 1/2 hour before snack Digestve enzyme with snack and ginger tea with fiber
That is the regimen, i am thinking of adding l-glutamine and a cal-mag supplement to round things out. Any thoughts from anyone?

SFS and Calcium with breakfast SFS with dinner Calcium Multivitamin Omega 3-6-9 B-complex Vitamin C
all with dinner.
It took me a while to develop the habit, but DH and I bought those little containers people use to organize their medications. Every day, one of us remembers to go and get those so we can take our vitamins/supplements.
