I just read an article in a magazine and I read about celiac disease and becoming gluten free. It sounds so right on with all of my signs. I also read a previous post here about gluten free diet and how a few people went on this gluten free diet and also heathers diet and their symptoms seemed to improve. My question is how do I know what to eat and what not to eat? Is there a list of foods for this gluten free diet? HELP!!!

I have had many tests done on me, from colonoscopy, endoscopy, flex, and mumerous others including blood tests. Wouldn't one of those test normally test for such a disease?

Nope. Testing for celiac disease is done with a simple blood test.
