Since I'm avoiding dairy products, I've found that Rice Dream Rice Drink is really good with cold cereals and tasts great. Just couldn't drink the soy milk but the rice drink is good. I like the Vanilla flavor and it's got extra vitamins and calcium.

Have you tried almond milk. That's pretty good, too. *nt new

I've been drinking the Rice Dreams milk for about a week, it doesn't seem to do any harm to me since its not dairy, but I really don't care for the taste. I think your wrong about the Vanilla flavor, I haven't tried it yet but when I looked at the label of it at the supermarket today, it actually does not have any calcium in it, compared to the original flavor which has 30%.

I'd like to know why you couldn't drink the soy milk. I tried soy milk for the first time today I bought a chocolate soy milk which tasted great, I only had half a glass but it left my sinuses feeling a bit weird for a half hour afterwards, I'm gonna try having it again tomorrow.
