All of a sudden I am starting to become very nauseas and I always feel like I want to throw up. What's going on? Am I eating enough? Is it the heat? Has anyone else been experiencing this recently?

Nausea can be caused by all kinds of things. For me, personally, the heat will do it, as will not drinking enough. Especially during the summer, I have to drink CONSTANTLY - like, I literally don't go more than 10 minutes without a drink from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed. If I don't do that, I get queasy.
Nausea can also be caused or worsened by anxiety. If you've found yourself more anxious about something lately, that could be contributing.
Not eating often enough is another common culprit. Back before I stabilized, I had to nibble on a little something - even if it was just a couple crackers - at least every couple hours. On bad days, I would eat almost every hour, just a little nibble to keep my stomach from being empty.
I'm assuming you've already ruled out things like a stomach bug (it sounds like this has been going on for a while - right?) or pregnancy.

I didn't have time to read MissS's post, but I'm sure it would have amused me. About the nausea, no I'm not pregnant. I'm not really sure what it is. I'm thinking it could be the heat, mostly and a couple other things you've mentioned. It's just starting to bother me. Thanks for your response.

Nausea is the *worst*, I swear.
But do try drinking more, and nibbling on crackers. If you can handle the taste of it, ginger is fantastic for nausea - I swear I lived on it for about 6 months, heh. Ginger altoids will do in a pinch, but there's a candy that's sometimes available in health food stores, called Gin Gins, and they are *strong*. Very good for nausea.
Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you very much for your response. I find that peppermint helps relieve it temporarily, but water doesn't do much. Sometimes I just try to sleep it off. I chew gum which helps, but I know not everyone can do that, but it works for me without a problem. Thanks again!

I sometimes get nausous when it gets extremely humid and hot outside and there's no air-conditionering. There's not much I could do when this happens (can't have tea because it's too hot!). Sorry for not being much help.
