Alli,

I have noticed that since the weather got warmer (and by warmer I mean over 100 degrees) I have felt nauseous frequently. Try to drink plenty of water and stay cool if you can.

Nausea can be caused by several things including, but not limited to high heat/humidity, dehydration, heat exhaustion, morning sickness (which you said you ruled out), side-effects from OTC and RX drugs, a food or supplement you might be taking that's new to your system, etc. I agree with the others, stay well hydrated and out of the heat as much as possible. I am also suffering from a lot of nausea, I live in Phx, AZ. It's monsoon season here now. It's disgusting and sticky and miserable, heh. Also, if I don't eat often enough, I get nauseous, and I also still sometimes suffer from motion sickness, but not as badly as when I was younger. Sometimes dizziness accompanies my nausea. Hope it resolves soon. If not, you might want to try talking to you doc, or eliminate anything new that you're taking/eating (again I suggest asking a doc first for advice) b/c chronic nausea may be a sign of something else going on, or it may be simply that that new food or new med you tried is causing it.

Ginger comes in capsule form too. There's also one of the B vitamins that is supposed to help with nausea, I can never remember whether it's B12 or B6, but you can always ask your doc or your local pharmacicist which B vitamin helps with nausea. I take the ginger capsules. I bet ginger altoids would be yummy, but once I tried some really strong ginger candy, but it was a bit toooo strong. So I stick with the capsules, they aren't as fast-acting of course, but about 70% of the time, they've helped me, even if just a little. Nausea is no fun at all, I toally agreey with that! *comforts*

Lucky! :P If I'm not careful, chewing gum gets gas into my tummy and worsens the nausea. That's good that it helps you, but don't give up on the water.
