so i've been eating a lot of french bread as my soluble fiber meal base.. also rice.. are there any sandwhich shaped breads that are good? i am going away for the weekend and i am planning on bringing prepared food with me.. it would be easier to pack sandwhiches in the little sandwhich tupperware containers that i have... any suggestions?

I eat Francisco International Sliced French Bread and it has never given me problems. You can buy a fresh loaf of bread at a bakery and slice it yourself. I do that with french bread sometimes and it's quite tasty.

I also find pita bread to be a very easy "sandwich" bread. Just make sure you don't get the whole wheat ones if you are sensitive to it.

At my grocery store, if you take an unsliced loaf of bread (sourdough, french, etc) up to the bakery, they will slice it for you. I have a hard time slicing bread with out it falling apart, so that's what I do.
