Hello
I am new to this board and still finding my way around.
I have recently found that eating bread any be it white or whole meal causes me problems with stomach cramps. I have found that by not eating wheat based products I do not the problem.
Only thing is what can I eat for lunch?
I used to make my own pizza as well bbut that is out the window as well.
Breakfast is not a problem there are loads of cereals that do not have wheat in them and I love fruit for breaksfast with a yogurt.
I will take a look at the recipe section for ideas as well.

I am 52 years of age 53 this year and have recently been told I have IBS. I drink caffine free teas ( herbal and fuit) plenty of water and I love fruit and veg which do not seem to bother me jsut bread and flour based products. I do not have celiac disease just this darn IBS.
I look forward to finding out more and getting ideas from those who have more experience than I do.

Thank you I am sure I will learn a lot and find new recipe ideas that will benefit me. It seems a lot to take in at the moment.
