Hi Abi,
I posted you an email a few days ago ~ a few pages back now and titled 'Hi Abigail' (if I remember rightly!) You may have read it by now.
Other IF cereals that are wheat free could possibly be oat, rye, barley based.
I'm going to reply to your magnesium query as well ~ so check on that one!

Millet, I believe. I'm not sure about amaranth--check it out. Brown rice, obviously, would have more IF. Perhaps spelt? I'm pretty sure that kamut does. You might also check out buckwheat (kasha). I'm not sure of the SF/IF ratio of that grain.
