Does anyone have lower back pain concurrently with IBS abdomen cramps? I have been having this for a couple of weeks. It almost feels like I'm on my period, but I'm not or even near that time.

I get this too. I have actually just been noticing this week. I have had it the past two weeks about everyday and I am nowhere near my period. I have been taking IBuprophen like I do for period cramps and it seems to help me.

Do you take MOM? That gives me lower back pain, I assume it must affect the kidneys.
