We're on vacation and I'm having trouble finding things to eat. I can usually find baked potatoes, but can't eat them dry. Does anyone have any suggestions for toppings?

A surprisingly good combination is cooked vegetables and tomato sauce. A restaurant in my hometown used to have that on their menu as a regular item, it was so darn good.
If the restaurant won't do it, see if you can get some sauce and veggies on the side, and do it yourself!

A bit of Ranch dressing if you can handle it.

I can tolerate a little coleslaw (pretty dry coleslaw) with tuna (no mayo) and corn...mmm. Also not sure if they do it in the US but we get baked beans with them over here. (a little windy but mash them up) At home I just eat them with FF mayo or FF thousand island.

I use ketchup. It's like eating french fries! Yum. Ketchup is especially good w/ sweet potatoes.
