Hello Everyone,
I want to start taking an enzyme supplement but not sure which one is best for IBS-C. I bought one call Nutri-Zyme vegetarian Digestive Aid. The ingridients are: Fructose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, saw palmetto berry, peppermint leaf, fennel seed, ginger, rosemary leaf & catnip. The Supplement Facts are:Bromelain..80mg..Papain..70mg.. Apple Pectin..60mg..Apple Cider Vinegar..25mg..Amylase.. 20mg..Lipase..20mg..sugars..3g..total carbs..3g and Calories..10. They are chewable. The Directions are to chew two tablets as symptoms occur. What symptoms are they talking about here?
I would like to know...Are this good ones to take? and If they are...Do I take them with every meal, before or after? Maybe you guys know of a better one yet, please let me know.
Help would be really appreciate it !!!!!!!!!Thank you in advance.
Blessings, Abi

Just my two cent observations: Pectin can make some people dizzy. It's in some yogurt and I tend to get a little dizzy if I eat that particular yogurt.
It's a little concerning that Fructose is the main ingredient since that is one of the IBS triggers.
